Timmermann is the first fully integrated change company. In addition to consulting and software, this includes change communication, new-work architecture and design, the Timmermann Academy and Timmermann Social.
The credo “With bright minds and open hearts, we shape change with clients who reeeally mean it” is lived by a learning community of consultants, software developers and agile coaches.
We stand for consulting 2.0 - a successful combination of classic top management and strategy consulting with methods from systemic consulting, training and coaching. As change experts, we use this consulting approach to shape change processes with clients from all sectors. The combination of analytical and conceptual excellence with psychological expertise and genuine human warmth ensures that change is not only right in theory, but also really works in practice.
What sets us apart from others?
We combine “hard” and “soft” factors in a special quality: Our experience in leading top management strategy consultancies such as McKinsey and BCG ensures an analytical structure. Many of us are trained psychologists who contribute their specialist knowledge and humanistic attitude.
As thought leaders, we actively shape the discourse - be it through keynotes at renowned specialist events, our close networking with scientists and universities or as initiators of the “Living Change Forum”, which consists of high-ranking executives, scientists and journalists.
Our combination of change-relevant backgrounds makes us special: many years of experience in change and strategy consulting meets excellent agile coaches, communication experts with over 25 years of experience and multiple award-winning change software specialists who help people to learn together in a network via microlearning. This is complemented by an architect specializing in New Work, who designs modern working environments.
We really live change - not just in theory, but in our own actions. We do not provide empty impulses, but implement change consistently. In doing so, we are so open that others also notice our mistakes - and can learn from them together.
